  1. You describing the shot fiasco yesterday brings back memories of taking my kids to get shots.

I happen to remember someone else who used to have a huge reaction to getting shots:)

  2. I know what you mean about the heat. I live in GA and just the other night it was 90 degrees at 9:30 at night!! That's just crazy!!

Visiting from PINT for fear of the "Badge of Dishonor"!! LOL

I'm your newest follower. Following on FB too!

  3. I watch Big Brother (so does Danny, but not by choice hehe) - they are very annoying people, but I like to think they are really not like that in real life...I hope anyway!! And I think I'll take you for reinforcement when I take Abbey for her shots - that way I won't be the only one they call social services on for laughing :)

  4. My daughter was four and had to have 3 shots. It took the dr., two nurses and me to old her down. She was mad and yelling "You people get off me!"

    It was funny.

  5. Wow. My son still does the same thing. That's why he hasn't been in a while. They are going to have to have him sadated if they want to do anything.

  7. Wow, nice ending. Sorry the PMS (and the heat) is getting to you. Hope you had some extra chocolate on my behalf. (Thanks BTW for stopping by).

I hear you on the kids and the doc's. I am about to make Kai's first dentist appointment and David is SOOOOOO taking him!! That's a battle I don't even WANT to be involved in.

  8. Happy PINT!!!

My oldest son did that when he was TWO!!! He actually got the needle from the doctor. I still don't know how that happened! Lol!

There were three of us holding him down for a shot! He's a pro at taking them now at 10 years old, he doesn't even flinch!
